Delivery & Return Conditions


• All Nanu Bedtime products are shipped by UPS Cargo. Your order(s) will be shipped within 3 working days upon receipt. Please note that official holidays and weekends may cause delays in shipment.

• UPS Cargo delivers the order to the address specified at the time of purchase. You will be notified in case you are not found at the address at the time of delivery. In such a case, you may need to collect your cargo from the UPS branch. Please note that your package will be returned in case it is not collected within three days.

• Please check the contents of your package at the time of delivery to see if everything is in place and there is no damage. In the case of any incident, please prepare a signed statement along with the cargo personnel. Do not accept the shipment and return the damaged products. Please remember that unless there is a signed incident report about damages or missing products, refunds cannot be issued.

• You may return or change your product(s) within 7 (seven) days of the receipt. To return or change a product, please send your request to first along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return/change.

Upon receiving the return/change confirmation from us, you may send the item(s) along with their invoice to the address below:

• Please remember that you should use UPS Cargo for your shipment. Make sure you ask the cargo officials to apply the customer code “E66Y40” to the shipment.
• Please note that the shipments made with other cargo companies will not be accepted and you may be charged for the applicable shipment fees.

• In case the purchases were invoiced to a company, we will need a return invoice from the same company at the exact same amount.

• Please remember to use the original boxes or packages to send back your returns and changes.

• The items sent for return or change must not be used or washed. They must be in the condition they were received. In case the products sent are deemed not complying with these conditions, then the return or change may not be accepted and a refund may not be issued.

• Inspection of all return/change requested items are carried out on the day of their arrival. Once the request is approved, a refund will be sent to the credit card you used for the purchase, which would normally take effect within 10 working days.

If the return/change request is not approved, your products will be sent back to your address within 2 working days.


• Please send an e-mail to if you wish to cancel your order. Remember to attach the order confirmation e-mail you had received to your message.
In case the order is not yet shipped, it will be cancelled immediately, a refund will be issued to the credit card you had used for your purchase and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If it is shipped, the return procedures will apply. Please refer to the “RETURNS” section for more information.
